As per previous years 2024 proved to be eventful. We started the year with a networking event at Plumpton races. In March, our “Queen Of Lettings” retired, and we owe a debt of gratitude to Zita for her years of dedication in helping us achieve all that we have over the past 12 years and wish her a very well-deserved retirement. April James and his twin brother turned the “BIG” 30 and we celebrated in style at the Grand Hotel, Eastbourne. This year also saw James become a company Director and well deserved after all his hard work and commitment to the business. Throughout the year we attended numerous events supporting local charities such as East Sussex Hearing, Holding Space, Children with Cancer Fund, The Children’s Respite Trust along with various networking lunches such as Airbourne and the Camber Christmas Dinner, Fizz on Foot and so on. In July Lisa completed her first ever skydive raising funds for the Big Cat Sanctuary where Peter continues to volunteer on Thursdays working with endangered cats such as lions, tigers, jaguars, leopards etc. In fact, we took our support of this charity to a new level this year with the rebranding of our For Sale/To Let Boards and Letty (our pool car) which feature various cats from the Sanctury in Smarden, Kent. Peter also took a trip to Namibia to help raise funds and profile for the charity Cheetah Conservation Fund UK (CCF).
September was our 12th year in business and gave us chance to celebrate with clients. October saw the first Labour budget in 15 years, and we have helped advise Landlords of any changes which may affect them reference the rental of their properties. Lastly, in December, we finished the year off with a few festive networking events.
As we enter our 13th year, we remain grateful to our clients, contractors, and tenants alike and wish to thank them for their continued support.
As for our plans, we strive to offer the best service to all via our customer service and dedication in this competitive of industries.
