In line with legislation, and to guarantee tenants’ peace of mind, Ginger & Sanders registers all tenant deposits with The Deposit Protection Service on behalf of the landlords within 14 days of the tenancy commencing. This is a free service which will protect your deposit from any unfair landlords.
The Tenant may be charged up to £50 inclusive of VAT for changes made to the Tenancy Agreement at the request of the Tenant.
Ginger & Sanders reserves the right to retain the Holding Deposit should the Applicant provide false or misleading information, fail a right to rent check, withdraw from the agreement or fail to take all reasonable steps to enter into a tenancy agreement.
The tenant will be charged a default fee for a late payment of rent (which is more than 14 days overdue) or a lost key/security device giving access to the housing (capped at no more than 3% above the Bank of England’s base rate for each day the rent is not paid).
Should the Tenant request an early termination of the Agreement, the Tenant will be charged reasonable costs incurred by the landlord for letting the property.
