We are delighted and very proud to be celebrating our 12th year in business this September. Ginger & Sanders are an independent family-run agency where most of the team are landlords so understand the business of renting, buying and selling properties. Plus Peter, James and Lisa have a wealth of experience to call upon. We are dedicated to supporting local tradesmen, businesses and charities. We genuinely like to help assist clients and tenants with any property issues they may have. Despite the usual challenges faced, in the past year, with running a business we still go from strength to strength. 2024 did, however, see the very well deserved retirement of one of the founders Zita Ginger and we are privileged to have worked with this formidable lady and wish her the very best in her future. Over the years we have re-branded the company on a couple of occasions to help reflect our progression as a local business. We however still stick to our core values of excellent customer service, honesty, a fair fee structure and clear communications to all. We pride ourselves in using our vast knowledge in the property industry in order to help others. As an Eastbourne-bred company we also like to get actively involved within the local community attending various events. We are active participants of the local chamber and in fact became Premier Members this year. We believe in giving back to the local community and so support a number of local charities and regularly attend their events in order to assist them. We recently worked in conjunction with the Big Cat Sanctuary in Kent, the upshot of which were our newly designed and very unique boards featuring four of their cats. The Sanctuary is a centre dedicated to the conservation of wild cats, whose objectives are the welfare, breeding, education and conservation of big cats. They play a vital part in saving some of the planet’s most endangered and iconic species from extinction. This collaboration came about as Peter works once a week as a volunteer at the Sanctuary.
We are excited about the future of Ginger and Sanders but would also like to take this opportunity to thank our clients and contractors past, present and future for their continued support. Here’s to year thirteen in business and all it may bring.
